From the app
The quickest way: open the app → Settings → “Delete account”, then confirm. The account is deleted at once and signed out on every device. In the cleaners’ app the option is also in the account menu (⋮) during sign-up.
If you no longer have the app
Send your deletion request from the phone number registered on your account, or mention it in your message, via:
Email: info@shatrat.com
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, delete the account within 30 days, and confirm when it is done. This is also the way for a suspended account.
What is deleted
Your name, phone number and saved addresses; the exact location of every home a service was booked for (replaced by the area only); notes written on bookings and the text of your reviews; notification tokens and sign-in sessions. For cleaners, also: national ID number, date of birth, photo, documents, home address and location.
What is kept
Booking, payment, settlement and complaint records and star ratings, without a name or number, because the law requires financial records to be kept. For a cleaner whose account was suspended, we keep a one-way encrypted fingerprint of the ID number, so that deletion is not a way around the suspension.
After deletion
Your number is free: if you sign up with it later, it will be a brand-new empty account with no link to the deleted one.
What delays deletion
An account cannot be deleted while it has a booking that has not finished, a payment or refund in progress, an unpaid cancellation fee, or — for a cleaner — an unsettled balance or weekly statement. The app shows exactly which, and deletion becomes available as soon as it is closed.
