How is the price worked out?
By the number of hours only: 6 hours for 30.000 JOD, 7 hours for 35.000 JOD, 8 hours for 40.000 JOD, 10 hours for 50.000 JOD. The size of the home, the number of rooms and the area do not change it, and you see the final amount before you confirm.
Who brings the cleaning supplies?
You choose: use your own at no extra cost, or pick "with supplies" and the cleaner brings them for 5.000 JOD more per visit.
How do I pay?
In cash to the cleaner when she finishes, or by card where available: the amount is reserved when you book and charged when the job is done.
What if I need to cancel?
It is free 12 hours or more before the appointment, within 15 minutes of booking, or before a cleaner is assigned. After that there is a fee, shown in the app before you confirm, and most of it goes to the cleaner for her lost time.
How do you check the cleaners?
Before any cleaner works, we review her ID, police clearance and health certificate. No job reaches her until she is approved.
What is the code for?
When the cleaner arrives you give her a code from the app to start the job, and a second one when she finishes. The time is counted correctly, and the job only starts and ends with your consent.
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to be home to open the door and give the code. If the cleaner arrives and nobody is there, a no-show fee applies.
Can I book every week?
Yes. After a visit you liked, turn it into a weekly arrangement on the same day and time; it is offered first to the same cleaner when she is available.
Do you cover my area?
When you drop the pin on your home, the app tells you straight away whether your area is covered.
